Rose's extensive background in managing small businesses and creating financial systems makes her a key component in Plan A’s ability to serve our clients with integrity and consistency. Rose has helped our ambitious business clients build effective teams and refine their key business processes. Her rapid-fire ability to resolve complex challenges, and find the resources that our organizing and design teams need, is a benefit to all our clients.
Rose also spent more than five years working in the public school system where she gained a keen understanding of the challenges facing families with special needs children. Using this knowledge combined with her business skills, she co-created Organized4Kids.com. Their first product is My IEP ToolKit – a proven set of tools to help organize and manage all special-education paperwork.
Rose is an avid softball and volleyball player, who lives outside of Boston with her husband and their two children.
